THE SILENT SEA REVIEW AND ENDING EXPLANATION

In an apocalyptic world, where water is scarce. A group of researchers is sent to the moon to retrieve some samples. It's a dangerous mission. They are sent to the moon where a tragic incident happened 5 years ago. the research station's name is Balhae . Among these researchers, there is a protagonist Song Ji-an her sister also died in that tragic incident and she wants to find out what happened to her sister and what actually killed her sister.

 

When they reach Balhae station their radar does not detect any radiation traces so they come to know that they have been lied to and it was not the radiation that actually killed the researchers 5 years ago . they saw dead bodies there and all of them looked like they were drowned but how could this be as there was no water on the moon. Later they found out that when human bodies were exposed to the sample that they were supposed to retrieve, it drowned the host and multiplied rapidly. It was moon water also called lunar water but it acted like it was some sort of virus.

 

    while they were looking for lunar water their radar detected some living entity other than them later they discovered that she is a child and the research team that was previously here was cloning children and exposing them to lunar water to study their effects. All those children died except Luna 0 d73.

THE SILENT SEA ENDING EXPLANATION

 

In the end, lunar water floods everywhere and the remaining crew tries to escape the station with Luna 073. But somehow a door gets stuck and can only be opened from inside so the captain sacrifices his life to save others. The remaining members escape the station successfully with luna and are shocked to see that luna can breathe on the moon without any oxygen suit, her body has evolved to the extent that she can breathe on the moon. Now a spaceship arrives and the drama ends there. But we don't know what would happen next because the government would kill luna or continue their merciless experiments on her Song Ji-an wants to save luna But what would happen is unknown at present. In the end, all mysteries are solved and crystal clear The Government found water on the moon and Earth is dying because of a shortage of water but when the Government found lunar water is unstable they experimented with cloned children. Their intentions were good but experimenting on children and cloning humans is illegal even for the Government.
